These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player," "User," or "you") and haha88 (hereinafter "haha88," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the website accessible at haha88.asia and any associated mobile or web applications.

By accessing, registering on, or using the haha88 platform in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with haha88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the haha88 platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the haha88 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine gaming law. By registering, you expressly represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. haha88 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to confirm the age and identity of all players. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held in such account will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions. The haha88 platform is licensed and operated for use within the Philippines. Persons accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. haha88 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Process. To open a haha88 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must also create a unique username and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if it changes.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) active account on haha88. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. haha88 may close all accounts found to be associated with a single individual and may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

2.5 KYC Verification. haha88 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys (National ID), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, SSS ID, and PRC ID. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination and referral to appropriate authorities.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haha88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. haha88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your haha88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify haha88 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. haha88 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. haha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• Involvement in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity;
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Where maintaining the account would be inconsistent with haha88's responsible gaming obligations.

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your haha88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist and no fraud investigation is pending.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. haha88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at haha88's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on haha88 is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. haha88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your haha88 wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. haha88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (the "return to source" principle). This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours are processed on the next available business day. haha88 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

4.6 Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on haha88 are expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP). haha88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on haha88 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, crash games, or any other game type — are subject to haha88's platform rules and the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer or certified RNG system, as applicable. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, haha88's decision — following review of available records — shall be final, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

5.3 Error and System Faults. haha88 reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that results from a clear technical error, software malfunction, or pricing error that no reasonable player would have believed to represent legitimate platform operation. Examples include, but are not limited to: a sports market offered at incorrect odds due to a data feed error; a casino game that malfunctions mid-round; or a crash game multiplier that fails to register correctly.

5.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or market on haha88. These limits may vary by game type, table, betting market, and player VIP level. haha88 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.

5.5 Incomplete Bets. Any bet that cannot be completed due to a connectivity issue, platform outage, or device failure before receiving confirmation from haha88's servers will be treated as void. Only bets confirmed and recorded by haha88's systems are considered valid. haha88 cannot be held responsible for bets lost due to network issues outside its control.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. haha88 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your haha88 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 35×) and any game restrictions will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. haha88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a promotion more than once; using betting patterns designed to arbitrage bonus funds; using a bonus in conjunction with a third party's account; or any other activity that haha88 reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith. haha88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Validity. All bonuses on haha88 carry an expiry date, which is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.

6.5 Promotion Changes. haha88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without notice. Ongoing participation in a promotion does not create an entitlement to its continuation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the haha88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement agencies:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including but not limited to: using stolen payment credentials; submitting forged KYC documents; misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Money laundering — using the haha88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to conceal the origin of such funds;
• Match-fixing and sports manipulation — placing bets on sporting events in which you have a corrupt financial interest or advance knowledge of a predetermined outcome;
• Collusion — collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information in live poker variants;
• Use of automated betting systems — deploying bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated software to interact with the haha88 platform, including but not limited to automated bet placement, chip dumping, or data harvesting;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities — deliberately exploiting any error, bug, or system fault in the haha88 platform to gain an advantage;
• Unauthorised account sharing — allowing a third party to access and use your haha88 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person;
• Underage gambling — registering or attempting to register a haha88 account when under 21 years of age, or facilitating the use of the platform by a person under 21;
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to and used on haha88, without first seeking resolution through haha88's support channels.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment. haha88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among Filipino players. 9.1 Ownership. These rights are protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international conventions.

9.2 Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, haha88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any haha88 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from haha88 content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any haha88 software or platform components;
• Use haha88's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the haha88 platform.

9.3 Third-Party Content. Games and content provided by third-party studios in the haha88 lobby (such as Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play) are owned by and licensed from the respective providers. haha88's use of such content is governed by agreements with those providers.

10.1 Service Availability. haha88 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. However, haha88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and events beyond haha88's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

10.2 Exclusion of Warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, haha88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.3 Limitation on Damages. Subject to mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law, haha88's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your haha88 account at the time of the relevant event. haha88 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

10.4 Force Majeure. haha88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government action, network outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party payment systems.

11.1 Privacy Policy. haha88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by haha88's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with this Agreement.

11.2 Data Act Compliance. haha88 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). By registering on haha88, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.3 KYC Data. Personal data collected during the KYC process — including Philippine ID documents, photographs, and financial information — is processed for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention purposes. This data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and law enforcement agencies as required by Philippine law.

12.1 Right to Amend. haha88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes may be made to reflect: updates to Philippine gaming law or PAGCOR regulations; changes to the platform's features or services; clarifications to existing provisions; or corrections of errors.

12.2 Notice of Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the haha88 platform. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

12.3 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the haha88 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.4.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

13.3 Player Disputes. In the event of a dispute between you and haha88 regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other platform matter, you must first contact haha88's customer support team and allow a reasonable period for resolution. haha88 aims to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the regulatory dispute resolution mechanism described in clause 13.2, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the support process.
