2.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) active account on haha88. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. haha88 may close all accounts found to be associated with a single individual and may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances held in such accounts.
2.5 KYC Verification. haha88 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: PhilSys (National ID), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, SSS ID, and PRC ID. 3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haha88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. haha88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your haha88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify haha88 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat. haha88 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected security breach.
3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. haha88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
3.4 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request the closure of your haha88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering obligations exist and no fraud investigation is pending.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. haha88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and PESONet. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at haha88's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit on haha88 is ₱100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. haha88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your haha88 wallet in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BDO, BPI, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. haha88 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (the "return to source" principle). This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified players are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours. 4.6 Currency. All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on haha88 are expressed in Philippine Peso (PHP). haha88 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
5.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on haha88 — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slot machines, bingo rooms, crash games, or any other game type — are subject to haha88's platform rules and the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
5.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event. 5.5 Incomplete Bets. Any bet that cannot be completed due to a connectivity issue, platform outage, or device failure before receiving confirmation from haha88's servers will be treated as void. Only bets confirmed and recorded by haha88's systems are considered valid. haha88 cannot be held responsible for bets lost due to network issues outside its control.

10.4 Force Majeure. haha88 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government action, network outages, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party payment systems.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits haha88's liability for death or personal injury caused by haha88's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Privacy Policy. haha88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by haha88's Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read together with this Agreement.
11.2 Data Act Compliance. haha88 processes personal data in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). 11.3 KYC Data. 12.1 Right to Amend. haha88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. 13.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to the regulatory dispute resolution mechanism described in clause 13.2, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the support process.
